Visiting Hours (in Pacific time)

Aliso Ridge Behavioral Health

Adults (age 18 and up)

  • Monday-Friday: 6 pm-6:30 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: 2 pm-3 pm

Adolescents (age 12-17)

  • Monday-Friday: 7 pm-7:30 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: 3 pm-4 pm
Anaheim Community Hospital

Adults (age 18 and up)

  • Monday-Sunday: 7 pm-8 pm

Who can visit a patient?

Adult family members and friends may visit a patient during their stay at the times listed above (NOTE: Patients must consent before a visitiation is allowed). Only two patient visitors are allowed at a time.

COVID Precautions

To reduce the risk of infection for our patients, we ask that visitors provide the following when visiting:

  • If you are vaccinated and fully boosted, please bring proof of vaccination (paper or digital version) and your ID
  • If you are not vaccinated (or not fully boosted), you will need to provide one of the following:
    • PCR test result (within 72 hours of your visitation) and your ID
    • Rapid test result (within 48 hours of your visitation): Either witness by license or completed on-site (test not provided by the facility)

Visitors will be instructed and required to use appropriate PPE while in the facility.

Other guidelines

  • Please leave personal belongings in your vehicle
  • Devices such as cell phones and tablets are not permitted in the units as the camera and recording functionality violate confidentiality
  • All belongings and packages brought to patients must be screened by staff; Any items that do not conform to hospital rules are considered contraband and will not be allowed in the unit
  • Anyone appearing under the influence of any substance or who does not act appropriately will be asked to leave
  • Children cannot be left unaccompanied in the lobby or facility grounds
  • All visitors must remain in the designated visiting locations
  • Visitors are discouraged from bringing flowers or balloons to the hospital. If they are brought in, they will be kept at the nurses’ station
  • We ask visitors with recent illnesses to delay their visit until feeling better; Visitors who are ill will not be permitted to visit
  • Outside food is not permitted in the facility; Please do not bring in food from home or outside restaurants
  • At no time will physical acts or verbal threats towards staff or patients be tolerated, should this occur, local authorities will be contacted
